Is getting a FISH a big responsibility?

you would have to feed it twice a day. once in the morning and once at night. then every weekend you HAVE to clean the tank which you have to buy a net. then you take a plastic cup and dip it in the gross water.... then you catch the fish with the net and put it in the cup. then you clean the tank. you can use regular water but you need to buy a little bottle (forgot whaat its called) to clean the water. when you clean the tank use an old toothebrush and warm water to clean. maybe a LITTLE bit of soap.

the cleaning of the tank gets tiring but its not that big.
 
Well I'm kind of a lazy person,
and I was wondering if I were to get a fish soon,
what kind of maintenance work do I have to do,
to keep my fish healthy and ALIVE!


I'm thinking of getting a male GUPPY.
PLEASE MAKE YOUR ANSWER CLEAR.
