is Gizmo a good name for a male guinea pig?

He is really friendly and is the exact same colour as gizmo and sits upright on your hand with his little paws in the air. is it a good name?

Great name -- especially if he answers to it. It is short with two syllables and not a person name, which is kinda cheesy to name a pet.
