Is internet via satellite dish faster than...?

Satellite is all time fast but If you want then internet connection also more than fast. But, You must be need DSL connection then you will get Internet Faster then Satellite Dish.

It all depends what you mean by "fast" as there are 2 types of fast. Latency and Bandwidth. In terns of bandwidth, sat net is very fast, in terms of latency it is very slow. This means it is very good for downloading stuff, but not very good at online gaming.
