I already own a Ps3, and i dont have any complaints at all, been enjoying killzone 2 lately. It doesnt look good on standard def tho; and I could get a 360 from my friend with some games around 100-150 for my monitor, for games like Gears 2(even though people dont like it, but u never know), halo 3 and some 3rd part games.
But seriously should i get it? I dont see any real titles, or even 3rd party titles coming on 2009-2010, most PS3 titles.
So please give me a list of serious games and convince me. 10 points.

I'm not going to convince you. If the 360 is refurbed or already been thru it's RRoD- it's a great deal. H3 was pretty fun IMO, and there's the classic hit, Dead Rising which isn't available for the ps3. (But there is a pared down remake for the Wii...lolz) SC4 on 360 has Yoda so now you can have both. Ninety Nine Nights, Forza, Grid, PGR. It all looks good on non-hd for the most part. Do a little research on the already out 360 exclusives and see if there's old stuff you really want to play. I always say, let the exclusives make the decision for you.

Halo 3 ODST coming september
Resident Evil 5
COD Modern Warfare 2
COD World at War =]
Halo 3 still rocks
Also, buy a cheap flatscreen monitor for around 100-150,
and a VGA cable for the xbox. Some monitors look better than HDTV's
just make sure you dont need to play from across the room, like have a desk set up for gaming. I think 150 is a great price, go for it. =]

First off, who said people don't like Gears of War 2? It's a very popular game.

Also, as Gamer Kitten pointed out...even if the 360 is going to have a 'down year' in your eyes in regards to exclusive titles it still easily has hands down the better exclusive titles list. And the fact that you don't own any of them yet means there are plenty of games to hold you over until 2010.
