I saw this question asked on yahoo answer board almost one year ago: "Do DRAUGHTS occur in CHINA?"

And now China is facing its worst drought in a decade, with water in parts of the Yangtze River at the lowest level in 142 years. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/asia-pacific/7193252.stm

Doesn't it look like a CIA/MI6/MOSSAD conspiracy? They seemed to be planning for this draught as long as one year?

I doubt if even those three working together can control the weather.... If they could..... there would never be a weather problem in the 3 countries.
And London would not have the snow they are having now.....and I'm sure they would have plows ready.
