is it better to book a starboard or port side balcony room on a norwegian cruise

ship? Id like to have a balcony that gets a good view of the ports we see, but i dont know if there's a typical side they dock from.
It's a 4 night cruise to the Bahamas if that helps any.

It doesn't matter. However the most stable part of the ship is as low as possible and centered as much as possible.Modern ships are quite stable.

This rarely matters as some of the ports will be on the starboard and some will be on the port side. You can double check by joining cruisecritic and talking with others that have been on your cruise. I never take into consideration which side of the ship my cabin is on as it is just not important.
