I need major help on this World Geography riddle?

Can someone please help me! I think I got it but I'm not 100% sure I know what I'm doing. Here it is

The sun rises in Bigtown before it rises in Littletown. The sun sets in Middletown before it sets in Littletown. If you are in Middletown facing Bigtown, Hugetown is on your left and Tinytown is on your right. Minitown is on a compass bearing of 225° from Middletown, and is due west of Tinytown. Fill in the blanks in the following statements with correct cardinal or intermediate directions.

Hugetown is _____ of Tinytown. Minitown is _____ of Littletown. Tinytown is _____ of Littletown. Hugetown is _____ of Bigtown. Tinytown is _____ of Bigtown.

I was asked if I would expect to be paid when the family I babysit for goes on vacation. I'm not sure how to respond I would like to be paid, I know when they schedule vacation time they get paid.Is it fair to ask them to pay me?
No they are not leaving their children. But they do take 3, 1 week family vacations a year.

Okay wait. So you babysit for this family. And they are goine on vacation. Are they leaving the kids??? Add a detail answering that and ill come back and answer it :)

this would be fair if you were their full time nanny or paying tax and insurance as their employee but for babysitting, it would be a very nice gesture of them to pay you money, in the business world, this is known as a "retainer", it's so that you will still be their reliabel babysitter when they return, so you could say it's very nice of them to offer but that you dont need it and ask them to send you a postcard instead, they might bring you back a present!
