Is it free for me to download ringtones on my Bell cellphone without a browsing plan

on my phone? I have a cell phone through Bell but didnt get a browsing plan with it. I want to download a ringtone(which I do realize I have to pay for) but not sure if I will be charged browsing fees for looing through ring tones or if it's free to stay within the service zone(?). I remember that it was free through Aliant but not sure about Bell.
