I am trying to lose weight so I am trying to eat healthy and workout. I ate about 1200 calories today and I worked out. Is that okay, because then I know that my body would be running off of less than 1200 calories, and I know thats the least amount of calories someone is supposed to eat.
Is it bad that I only at 1200 calories and burned 500 of them off?
