Okay well my aunt and uncle are going overseas for a year for some teaching job in Japan. They are extremely wealthy and no BS my uncle let my Dad borrow his Lambo (2007 Black Gallardo) until he gets back since it's basically just a weekend toy for him.
My dad isn't really into cars, he's more of a monster truck diesel guy... SOOO I drive the Lambo on the weekends...
It's really cool getting all sorts of stares and people looking at me at traffic stops and such, I like the attention... But it's starting to scare me when people take pictures of the car when I am inside of it!! Like when I am waiting at a stop light, people will literally get out of their cars to take pictures and it really creeps me out...
Or when I'm downtown (I live in San Antonio, Texas) in heavy traffic, people will take pictures and get really close to the car...
Is this illegal?
can I something about it?
I don't want to get pulled over because the car doesn't belong to me! I'm not insured on it or anything...
Can I get in trouble for that too?
I only am allowed to drive it on the weekends tho.
edit: their money doesn't come from teaching obviously... It's just a dream they had and they've always had a passion for teaching.
Yeah well I understand how that works with celebs and paparazzi and things like that.
But what if they start touching the car or something? I'm not stupid enough to take it to Wal-Mart or something...
But is there a certain limit on how much they can do? As far as coming really close to the car and stuff...
We keep it in the garage, but I don't know if we're going to be able to go a whole year without taking it somewhere where it needs to be parked publicly.
Because the last thing in the world I want is to take it to the movies or something, park it. Come back and find that it's been keyed or a window has been hit or something.
Because it's obviously not my car.
