Is it just a tooth ache?!?

i have a fizzy head on one side, and a headache all over, on the same side i also have a toothache, and a pain going up my nose, could this just be a toothache, cant get to the dentist! i don't no what to do!?!?
the toothache is a back tooth as is fairly bad!

The nerve running up the side of your head is in spasm. This may be caused by a dental abscess or a rotten tooth, or there could be other causes such as a neck injury. Try an ice pack on the back of your neck. This won't cure anything, but it will relieve the spasm.

You can get severly infected teeth, that can in turn make you very ill. Try alieve for the pain, take 4, do not take any aspirin you can take tylenol for the headache. It sounds like yuo need to do whatever it takes to get antibiotics for this right away. Once its cleared up have them pull it, no reason to save a way back tooth. But get on the anit biotics quick.
