Is it legal to sell CDs at school?

I recorded with a pro last week and I have 8 songs: 5 originals and 3 covers. Two of the covers, I won't put on this CD b/c i don't the artists' permission, but the other cover is the Star-Spangled Banner, which means it's in the public domain. If I sell the CD with my 5 originals and the Anthem, can I still sell it? I'm charging $5, which is a great deal compared to iTunes' prices for each song.
