Is it considered legal to torrent a game/game file/ game iso to a PC video game that you already own a copy of. In my particular case, I have a CD to a game that I used to play and the cd no longer functions (due to a scratch on it I believe). I have the valid CD key to go along with the game, however I no longer have the game files on the CD itself. Would it be an infringment on copyright laws to torrent the game files off of the internet? Thanks, Mike
