Is it okay for my bf to pay his ex wife cellphone bills?

My bf is separated from his first partner. They do have a son with her and he supports her financially giving her certain amount of money every week. Now i saw in his credit card bill that he paid two cellphone bills, the other one is his ex wife phone? Is that okay? I think its too much.
 
if it is her bill and not his bill he has no right to pay it. i know i have bills which need to be taken care of each month and not depend on anyone else to pay it. what else is he paying on your watch. Do not get involved because how much is he giving her every month. are they paying for the child?
