you can block calls AND texts from any amount of numbers regardless of the phone you have. It just depends on your carrier. However, it costs money and the charge is added to your monthly bill. If it's a bad enough problem, then I'd recommend changing your number. You can get it done for free if you filed a police report and are able to provide the report number. Good luck!
