Is it possible to copy the Computer Management Console *WITH LOCAL USERS...

...AND GROUPS* from Win XP Pro CD? I have Windows XP Home Edition on all computers at my home and I also have the Windows XP Professional CD-ROM (none of the computers run Windows XP Pro, though). I was wondering if I could somehow copy the local users and groups portion of the Computer Management Console from the Windows XP Professional CD to my computer that is using Windows XP Home Edition.
Are there any setup files on the disk that can install this?
By the way, I am an experienced IT Admin so I know how to copy and register files in the C:\%systemroot%\ directory
