Yes but it is illegal. There thing called torrents but I wouldn't recommend doing it because if you are caught, off to jail with you.
 
Get a torrent downloader like bit torrent then go to this site

Then download the torrent.
Double click it.
And you will be on your way to downloading FF7 for the comp Illegally!!!
