repossesion of my truck on my credit? too I think that wont come off with the bankrupcy either right?
I am going to claim bankruptcy, the truck has been repoed and its been like 2 years. I have a attorney after me who wants to sue me if I dont pay them a large lump sum thats why i want to claim it so no one can sue me.
 
bankrupcy last on your record for i tihnk 7 years. if u live within 5 states from virginia let me know. I may know someone who can help you get a loan. there is still hope
