Is it possible to make a Verizon SIM Card from the CDMA Chip implanted in the phone?

I just wanted to know. I know the Blackberry Storm has a Verizon SIM Card, but that's for traveling abroad. But that also means they exist. So is is possible (With a lot of work and hacking).
