is it possible to move installed apps and themes on nokia n95 memory card to phone?

thing is I just bought a bigger memory card and I wouldn't like to re-install some of the important apps I use daily and my problem is that I have all of them installed on my memory card, so is it possible that i'd somehow move them to my phone memory without reinstalling them either through the phone or pc suite?

It is possible to remove the testicles.

OPTION A: AUTO CASTRATION
