Hi. Im looking to buy a new bike for local commute, and I have been looking at the racing bikes on offer but none suit what i want. i have a mountain bike frame - would it be possible to put racing bike tyres on to this frame? if so would it make a difference to the balance? also, is there a place to get cheap good tyres? thanks.
