such as boxing? My city is becoming more and more dangerous and I've decided to sign up to boxing. It'll give me a chance to learn how to fight if I'm forced to and that will lead to me feeling a lot more safer whilst on the streets.
I'm currently 17, I smoke 2-4 cigerattes (maybe 5 on a bad day) and smoke marijuana on the weekends. I don't have a smokers cough, and I'm not dependent on either substance.
I understand that smoking tobacco and marijuana will limit my ability to perform physically and I won't be able to reach my maximum potential. But it's something I enjoy doing.
So what I'm getting at, is will I still be able to get physically active and engage in boxing to some degree and still keep up my smoking? Or will smoking rule out any chances of me being able to fulfill my desire to lose weight, learn to box, and become fit (to a degree).
Please don't educate on the effects of smoking, I'm well aware. I just need to know if I can still do boxing!
PLEASE HELP!
