Is it possible to transfer a call on a landline to a cellphone?

1. Is it possible to receive a call on my work landline, can I transfer it to my cell?
2. If its possible can the callers number reflect on my cell when I transfer?
 
I know you can divert your home phone to your cell and visa versa. Check with your providers if you need help. No sure on the other question, ask when you call you provider.
 
Not sure of the exact codes but to forward your landline calls, dial *72, you should hear it pause for a split second then back to dial tone. You now dial the phone number that you want it forwarded to (your cell phone), as soon as you answer your cell phone, the process is complete. To revert back, simply dial *73.
