Hey, I am 16 years old, weigh about 125 and i think i'm around 5'10. Anyway, i have started lifting weights, not too much but i have started. And i am a hard gainer, with a very fast metabolism (ectomorph) so i need to find other ways to help add weight in both muscle and fat (seeing as i have barely any of each) Should i get Whey Protein from GNC's website, or one of their weight gainers? Also, if i choose one, how often/much should i take daily and does it need to be before working out? Thanks.
