well, see how on the bottom-left it says "accredited business"? I would check if it actually is.

I would also possibly call the tax department and ask about the website.

If your taxes are simple, why not go directly to the IRS web site and file them. If they are a little more complicated, to to a free site like AARP Tax-Aide for their help and free efiling. Why in the world would you ever release information to people that you do not know.
