Is it safe to take more than one cialis tablets a day?

Hey all,

I have 5mg Cialis once a day tablets, I don't need to take them everyday because I see my girlfriend once a week. I just wonder is it safe , to take 4 pills to make the 20 mg dosage? Please give valuable suggestions.
