Is it the stomach flu?

I woke up this morning feeling really sick (This is completely out of the blue). I've been having stomach pain, a major headache, and abdominal cramps. I took Advil for a headache, and Pepto Bismo for my upset stomach .. is it at all possible that i might have the stomach flu?
