IS IT WRONG TO DRAW GAY CHARACTERS?

I personally think it's wrong to be drawing things like that at your age.

How about you just do it at home, and post it on the internet or something.

And not in public where people can see it?

A lot of people think of anime, furries, yaoi, etc as weird, so chances are that if you do something related to any of those three, people are gonna start raising eyebrows.

It's good to appreciate gay couples, but I think yaoi is just aimed at horny teenaged girls.

Just my honest opinion.
 
No it's not wrong... It's all a part of being creative and curious!

I don't think you should change your style because people give you weird reactions or 'special talk' whatever that is?! You should just continue to go with what you enjoy and what sparks your creativity. If you only work on things that are 'socially acceptable' then you'll find yourself running out of creativeness pretty quickly.

If it's something you're interested in pursuing at the moment then by all means go for it! :)
 
Ok so i am 14 and i LOVE drawing i mostly draw anime and furries but i decided to explore a bit more and drew some new gay furry charaters i mean gay as in orientation. and i happen to love these two characters now i want to keep them but people were staring at me going "uh are those two guys?" so is it wrong for a 14 year old girl to draw different sorts of couples like gays i do love hanging out with those kind of people really fun people to be around =D love is love no matter how you put it but would you call me curious or is it just a little bit of drawing practice? i don't want people to start the "special talk" with me i just drew them because oppisite gender relationship pics arent really fun to draw anymore i prefer yaoi and the like i mean clean versions of course like hugging and kissing not you know X3 so is it weird for me to be drawing this type of thing? i just turned 14 and i really need help because i've decided to dive deep into the world of art and experiment my main question is it wrong?

Experiment as much as you can. Draw and live without regrets. Even if you are 14. It's furry pals anyways.:)
