I'll be making my 7th trip to Ireland in late January (for 3 weeks, business travel). I've never been to Ireland during this part of the year...I would expect it to be cold and rainy. But, will it be so rainy that outdoor photography will be out of the question (or, hit or miss with the emphasis on miss)?
