Is just exercising enough to lose weight but you can eat what you want?

My friend excercises with me, but she eats whatever she wants but she manages to lose weight. I excercise to but I never seem to lose weight for some reason. I also eat the same food as she does

You should to gets up early in the morning and go for walk, do some exercises and also work in home for physical activity.That is very important for digestive system. Then you can eat any food and can lose weight.
