Is limewire pirate edition safe?

I've heard about limewire pirate edition and im pretty excited because limewire was awesome. So when it shut down I was bummed. Is the pirate edition safe? And if so what's the website to download it? Thanks!

safe meaning what? from viruses? you wouldn't get viruses from limewire it self so disregard the idiots that say "you will get A LOT of viruses" the viruses could come from the files that you download.. safe from arrest? probably not illegally downloading music is illegal thats why its called illegally downloading and you can get arrested and charged with a mighty fine.

A lot of people say it's not, but I hear a lot say it's 100% safe. You can only find out by trying it out.
Personally, you can't trust sites that have the word FREE in them.
