If you find yourself above timberline [ @ 3600' ]in pouring rain dropping temps , zero viz and fighting 80 mph winds then your life depends upon knowing where you are ,what to do next and having the gear to do it with
If you're prepared then you will survive and if you're not then you will become another E&E statistic
