Is mvp a future world champion?

He to me has it all, and when he goes back heel, he should be a future champion, cody rhodes to me does not have it, neither does dibase. They have to make more guys champion, since taker, hbk, hhh and even jericho and edge will not have that long. If not mvp, who should be the next person to win their first whc, or wwe.
