is my car suppose to get towed for STREET CLEANING?

i parked my car on a mon and thur, at 9 - 10:30am NO PARKING SIDE! and i forgot to move my car in the morning is my car suppose to get TOWED?? they charged me $185! and a ticket of $45 :( this has happened to me before but my car DID NOT GET TOWED and i only got a ticket of $45. please help me.
