Mon-Fri 30 Reverse sit ups three times (total 90);
Mon, Wed, Fri, I do 25 push ups three times (total 75);
30 crunches three times (total 90) with a 25lb dumbbell on my upper chest;
10 dumb bell curls (25lb) three times (total 30);
20 squats three times, with a 25lb dumb bell on each hand.

Now, I can obviously always do more, but was wondering if this level of fitness is considered "decent" or "you can do way better" without causing me to burn out. I do realize my cardio is not impressive, but it is constant.
