Hi today I wasn't able to enter the applications folder and the games folder. I have tried to do a master reset but that didn't work.
My fone is locked to orange UK and has orange's version of the os on my fone. I can't update it because it doesn't say the update service on my fone.
Is there a way to like debrand my fone or unlock it for free. So i can update it?
