Is my mother a bad mother, or do I complain to much?

I'm 16, I paid for my own computer, my own clothes, everything I own besides the phone my mum gave me because it's on a plan (not old enough to do it) but I pay her for it, I get payed $480 every 2 weeks, and every 1 week $100 goes to my mum, I don't touch any of the dishes, or anything outside of my room, and now that the kitchen is dirty because of her and my sister (extremely), she refuses to buy food and I haven't eaten properly in about 5 days now, no food in the fridge, maybe a few slices of bread and cheese, she's kicked me out before, called the police on me for no reason (they even thought it was stupid) she yells at me all the time, calls me a waste of filth, but I think it has reasons because I look exactly like my father, and he turned out bad, and he walked a long time ago, anyway yeah she doesn't respect me, I want to call my relative who is dying of cancer, and my mother hates her and she wouldn't even let me have the number to call her, she sometimes charges me extra money, like some extra weeks she'll charge an extra $50 for "to much" internet usage, sometimes it goes past + $100 and I barely download anything, she expects me to pay electricity, gas and other bills to.

So do I complain to much? Is she a bad mum? Is she crazy?
Help?
