My Samsung dual screen camera is having some issues. I was taking some video, and I paused it and set it on a table. It wasn't a high table, just an end table. It sat for a while, and got knocked down on the floor. However, it remained on but the lens did not go back into the camera. I didn't grab it until later, and now it won't turn on and when I try to turn it on it makes a ping noise and turns back off, but the lens stays out and won't go back in. Someone help!

thats was my camera is doing too. screen is stuck and pings. come to think of it, i dropped it also which the screen was open and out. oh no! i hope i got the insurance.

I have having the exact same issue, and I never even dropped mine. It just randomly started this when I turned it on after a night of working fine....
