Mondays-Wednesdays-Thursdays: I do two exersizes then rest.
Bench Press 20 reps
Pushups 15 reps
Rest 60-90 seconds
Repeat that same routine 4 more times
Barbell Curls 20 reps
Rest 60-90 seconds
Then repeat it 4 more times.
Tuesdays-Fridays:
Dumbell curls/Hammer Curls 20 reps
Backwards Curls (Triceps) 10-15 reps
Rest 60-90 secs
Repeat 4 more times
Any Shoulder exersize 20 reps
Another Shoulder Exersize 20 reps
rest 60-90 seconds
repeat 4 more times
