How can we advance as a species when we have people who believe there is something greater than humankind (God)?
Humans are the pinnacle of existence on this planet. We should be pouring money into science, uniting countries under a single language, no religion, no war. We need to explore space, the sea, the depths of the Earth.
Instead we have dozens of wars.
What's the cause of war?
Religion. All those terrorists? Religious.
Holy wars, all about religion.
It makes me sad to see hundreds of thousands of ignorant Christians voting for a Christian senator or supporting the war against the 'goddamn Muslims'.
Or Muslims, who base their entire lives around their religion, never tasting certain foods.
Honestly, it's sad that we're listening to something written thousands of years ago with absolutely NO proof.
Instead of all this military funding, we need to expand as a RACE, we need to abolish disease, famine, racism, every penny should be put into advancing ourselves and our technology as a single, united people.
