Is rick steves gay from the show EUROPE THROUGH THE BACK DOOR?

The show "Europe through the back door" The host rick steves, is he gay??
just wondering. they had a show one time and they were eating and the waiter came up and said "Can i get you anything else?" and then rick says "What are you doing tonight?" and then it cut off. so im curious now
 
Well given that he is married with two kids at highschool then I seriously doubt he is gay (and so what if is was anyway - doesn't change the fact that he is an excellent writer and reviewer).

The back door reference would only mean something to someone who was "interested" in this anyway, and it's a sad state of affairs if you can't ask somewhat what their plans are for the evening without being accused of coming onto them (whatever gender).

So I don't really understand why you are sexual stereotyping a stranger based on two references, but ok, so be it.
