I met this girl for the first time on Friday and we seemed to engage in a conversation for around 30 mins..another guy was there too but she seemed more interested to talk to me as we had more common things to talk about, like university stuff etc......we learnt a bit of each other...we exchanged numbers and she left the bar early..she left to go home and was accompanied by the other male friend (i also met him but he did indicate to me earlier that he was going to leave early). i dont think hes with her tho.
on my way home i sent her text saying "now you got my number, was nice talking to you and good night"
She replied saying "hey! yes, your number is saved...was nice talking to you too, enjoy the party and have a good night
i then said i wasnt going to the party cos i had to pick my sis up...told her hope you got home safe..
i didnt hear back from her again....but is that a sign of any interest? also when shall I next get in touch with her so as to not seem desperate?
