Is simply baking fish a LOT better than just pan frying it in terms of nutrition?

Does pan frying neutralize a lot of nutrients in the fish? Should I bake it so it's healthier ?

I like mine both ways. It really depends on how much fat is in the fish to start. Frying is good for the white fish and thinner cuts. Baking is better for thick cuts and fatty fish like salmon, tuna and halibut.

Pan frying adds artery clogging oil, unless you use olive oil, which is healty. But olive oil has a distinctive flavor. Baking is probably the healthiest.

Makes no difference just make sure that the oil is a heathy oil like olive or rapeseed
