Is Skype mobile for verizon wireless only marketed to people living in the U.S?

Or is it marketed to other countries as well? Also, if it is only in the United States what parts of the country is it more heavily used/marketed?
 
It's only marketed in the U.S. as far as I know, which makes sense since Verizon is a company that only offers service in the U.S.
