Is Skyrim available to purchase in the Xbox marketplace?

I have more than $60 on my Xbox live account and I want to get a digital copy of Skyrim... when I found it in the Xbox marketplace, the only option was to rate it. Does this mean it's not for sale on the marketplace? If so, will it ever be for sale on the marketplace?
PS: how long would it take to get on the marketplace?
 
No it's not. It takes a long time before a full retail game is available on the Xbox Live marketplace if it ever is.
