U utimatu New member Aug 11, 2010 #1 I am conditioning for soccer but I get dehydrated quickly. I can't carry enough water and so I like to do my exercises near a water source or beside 2 or 3 bottles of water. So is there a better way to train endurance inside than stationary biking?
