Is streaming the same as download as far as net access is concerned?

Yeah, pretty much. Might not be the same size, but it is usage.
 
I've been kind of studiously avoiding downloading stuff; but I do watch a LOT of steaming videos.
Are they going to make the same impact on the bill that is delivered by the internet provider? Please do let me know. It just struck me that it may be true
