Is the Blackberry Storm 9530 still a good phone?

I bought it three years ago when it was new for $700. I havent used it for 2 years. It's annoying how it has no wifi. I see that people are selling it on craigslist for around $70.

Do you think I should pay $20 to unlock it and use it again or should I get a different phone?
