is the CRF150R a reliable bike while out on the trails?

by reliabele i mean can it handle, fairly deep water crossing, mud, long distances, ect ect...
i am 120lbs. and roughly 5'3

BE SURE TO INCLUDE ALOT OF EXTRA INFORMATION AND DETAIL IN YOUR ANSWER PLEASE!!! i aqm so very confused about gettin one of these bikes!!
