is the dk cincannti a good bike for a beginer?

alright im thinking about asking for the dk cincinnati for christmas and im notr eally a good biker i just like to hit and build jumps and like to do wheelies and stuff and i was wondering if its a good bike and if it would make a difference if i bought it at walmart or online or somethign like that
